Alderfer Auction proudly presents the retirement liquidation auction of Frog Commissary at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, PA. Frog Commissary’s legacy spans almost five decades as they served the Philadelphia region and beyond as a family-owned catering and food service business. Their headquarters have been located at the Franklin Institute for the past several years which is where this three-part online auction takes place. Spanning the three parts of this liquidation is an abundance of catering and banquet supplies as well as commercial grade equipment. Part 3 offers everything you need for your next big event. An endless display of table decor, candles, plant stands, and chafing dishes are among some of the items in this auction.

Once the auction closing time goes into effect the items close at a rate of 5 lots per minute in sequential order unless there is active bidding within the final 3 minutes of the auction and the auto-extended feature is activated.
The auto-extend feature will be activated in the case of bids placed in the last 3 minutes prior to the closing of each lot. This prohibits all sniping software and activity. It is necessary to constantly refresh your browser during the last few minutes of the sale so that you are aware of any lot time extensions, as well as during the time extensions as they will continue to extend in 3 minute intervals until competitive bidding ends.
It is recommended that customers use the maximum bid option to avoid confusion at the close of the sale, however, if two customers place the same maximum amount, the computer will automatically take the first one placed.
